About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees are engaged and motivated to achieve our business goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

  • Develop and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure that new hires are integrated into the company culture and their roles as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that all employees are receiving regular feedback and support to help them meet their performance goals.

  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related technology.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
